Challenge

One of the large private and public hospital operators of high-quality health care services across Australia embarked on a digital transformation journey with ICT Procurement Transformation and Optimisation identified as a pivotal contributor to realise savings and improving process and governance across all dimensions of the ICT portfolio of services.
